I specialise in on the day coordination, here to guide your special day, ensuring it runs smoothly and mirrors your dreams.

My passion and initiative, combined with over 25 years of gaining local knowledge and making connections, means I’m ready to make your wedding day dreams come true.

I’m approachable, friendly, patient and love to communicate. I love looking after people and making things happen. I also enjoy a challenge!

Weddings are personal and should reflect you as a couple. Therefore, my services will be unique to you and very personalised, so you get exactly what you need. I will share my knowledge and guidance on all aspects but it’s your day so I will oversee exactly what you want with the suppliers you choose.

Luckily, I will have pockets full of plasters, lighters, tissues, boob tape, and taxi numbers etc

and I’m hands-on with whatever you need throughout the entire process…

Services include…

  • Venue Visits

    I can advise on venues and visit them with you or set up appointments. If you are unable to visit the island, I can visit venues for you and give you a full report. Where possible we will visit your venue together before your event so we both have a clear idea of where the different moments of your day will take place.

  • Running Order

    I will be with you as early as you want in your planning process. I can suggest suppliers or if you have already decided on suppliers, you can bring me in to do a final run through of your order of the day and be there for you throughout your wedding. Arriving early at your venue to set everything up before your guests arrive. Making sure it’s all perfect for when you do. Complete or partial planning is also available on request.

  • Transport

    Do you need someone to take your last- minute ideas to the venue while you are sipping champagne with your bridal party or groomsmen? Have you had your running order of the day or table cards printed and want them to arrive at the venue before you? I can help with this!

  • Deliveries

    Would you like to have something special from home on your wedding day? Do you need things to be printed professionally here so you don’t have to squash them into your suitcase? Have you ordered something here on the island that you won’t have time to collect? I can help with this!

  • Decoration

    Have you thought about your decoration? Are you holding your ceremony in one place but your reception in another - will you need to have any decoration moved? Are there any last-minute details that you would like picked up or organised? Fresh rose petals, toiletries to put in your guests’ bathrooms, a vase for your sparklers, parasols if it’s a very hot day, umbrellas if it rains! Have you got gifts for your guests that you would like on the table or displayed somewhere? I can help with this!

  • All the things that you forget...

    If you have any last-minute wishes, I can make them happen. From sparklers to disposable cameras, I also come with my pockets full of all the extras, including plenty of lighters, tissues, plasters, sun cream, mosquito repellent, etc
