An outline of what can be included:

    • Month prior to the wedding - handover of plans

    • In-person meeting prior to the Wedding

    • Prepare running order of the day to share with suppliers

    • Postal address for deliveries

    • Contact point for all vender, suppliers & wedding party

    • Contact with suppliers as a point of reference

    • Overview order of the day

    • Set up any personal items (namecards, guestbooks)

    • On the day - arrival at venue to oversee and coordinate set up

    • On hand for the bridal party for all your needs throughout the day

    • Coordinating the ceremony and reception setups

    • Handling outstanding payments with vendors on the day*

    • Decor coordination throughout the day

    • Dealing with any issues which may arise

    • Full assistance throughout the Wedding day until the end of the event to coordinate suppliers and ensure no important moments get missed

    *all payments are responsibility of the couple

    • Source and share outstanding suppliers

    • Coordinate wedding day and logistics

    • Negotiate prices and coordinate with chosen suppliers

    • Share your ideas with the decoration team and advise in creating your deco project.

    • Unlimited calls, emails whatsapps with you to share ideas and wedding day vision

    • Provide a comprehensive running order of the day to share with suppliers

    • Meeting with suppliers before the wedding to go over the complete event day

    • Venue visit with you before the event

    • Accompany you to the menu tasting

    • Arrival at the venue on the wedding day in time to set up and oversee deco set up.

    • Full assistance throughout the event to coordinate suppliers and ensure no important moments get missed

    • On hand for the bridal party for all your needs throughout the day

    • Reference point for suppliers and guests

    • Assistance throughout the day until the late party has begun or if necessary to dismantle any decor
